Imagine you could show your clients a technique that would increase the value of wealth left to their families by a factor of five fold or more.  Imagine also that you could show your clients how using such a technique could hugely enhance the level of asset protection available to their heirs.  Further imagine this technique could be used to effect intergenerational wealth transfers in the millions of dollars without a dime of estate tax.  Finally, imagine that all this could be accomplished with absolutely no loss of control over the wealth by either your clients or their heirs!

The fact is, this technique is readily available and of enormous use to many of your clients.  In our experience, the technique is also one of the most misunderstood and underutilized in our marketplace.   But you should not miss out on the opportunity to help your client discover the answer to these and other important planning questions:

• How can I make transfers of very large amounts of wealth to my grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even beyond – completely estate tax free?

• I have heard of a “generation skip” – does that mean my children won’t get any of my assets?

• How can using generation skipping tax the wrong way result in a tax of 80 – 90% on an asset that should not have been turned at all?

• What are GST “taxable terminations” and  “taxable distributions”, and why do you need to know?

• Why do attorneys and advisors who do not think ahead in terms of subsequent transfers place even apparently ordinary clients at risk?

• Is GST planning really complicated and expensive?

• Are my clients really candidates for this type of planning?

• While I’m quadrupling the value of my client’s wealth compared what other people are recommending, how hard is it to protect the assets from non family predators?

• How can I effectively foster a long term professional relationship with my client’s entire family as I help them enhance and protect their wealth?
